tnaegelen, if jrsva's guess is correct, then FAQ #40 should answer your question. If not, then please post a clarification.

I rather suspect the question was badly worded. He probably wants to “edit” (i.e. change) from Greensboro to some other GB site. Just a guess. Wonder if he will ever come back to check on his query.

Now that "edit" and "Saved Search" have been uttered in the same breath, an anomaly should be pointed out. I don't know if this has been fixed in the last few years (I doubt it), but there was a bug in the Saved Search edit function. Things did not get done as one would expect when trying to modify what was being searched for on a Saved Search, so the only sure way was to delete an incorrect SS and create a new, correct one, rather than trying to modify it.
But it's possible it got fixed. Let me check the News for anything about that. No, no, nothing there..... So, watch it, Buster!

Create a saved search for the town you want to monitor.

Appreciate it if you let us know if Scrapheap's response answered your question.
If not, can you explain what you mean by "how do I edit the town..." What do you mean by "edit the town"?

You can set up a saved search. From the home page, click on Show Search Options. Click on the areas you want to search and check the Save This Search box. Give the saved search a name. When you perform this search, the areas will be save. The saved search will appear below the list of lowest and highest prices on the home page.
