Another 1% added to Provincal tax. This is crazy, the people who run and get in ARE NOT THE ONES WHO really run the depts. It is the salary workers, there no matter which partiy wins or loses, these workers are there until they die or go on pension. When the elected people finally figure out what is really going on, it is too late, they either lose or quit. It is not our people we elected who really does all the gov't business. I wish people would wise up and change laws which throw out all those govt' workers each time a new party gets in. These workers have everything all worked out and the poor elected people just rubber stamp everything which is handed to them to sign. So go after the life long workers and not the elected ones. Take care and do come on and visit. You could get out of the fine paying by saying you are just visiting. The judge usually cancels it.

Winnipeg is again murder capital of Canada, our roads are full of pot holes, the sidewalks cracked. Crime is everywhere. Lately it is on our seniors, only Friday 85 yr. old was mugged! Lack of leadership from our Mayor. He has raised taxes and has ordered the police to give out more fines. Most fines are $199 his favourite red light camera! Permits for city work went up 300%but come, you will see the Big Blue's New Stadium, go to MTS building home of the Wpg Jets, go to the Mayor's baseball team's ballpark. Everything for sports little to nothing for anything else. Sorry, I am mad, still another rate increase, this time water and hydro! Well hope you are having a family day. Take care and thanks again.
