Sorry, the EPA Federal Test Procedure 75 is done with the driving wheels of the vehicle sitting on a dynamometer. And even if it WAS done on a real-world course, it would not reflect real-world driving because real-world drivers don't go out and drive to maximally stress the emissions control system. We could demand Congress to direct the EPA to test their vehicles in a way that mimics the real world, but given the lack of common sense shown by Washington there would be a fat chance of that.
